Filmed by Giuseppe Bonvicini between 1953 and 1954, the footage captures women and children on a walk in the mountains around Vodo di Cadore (Belluno), in the heart of the Cadore Dolomites. The images show women picking mountain flowers in high-altitude meadows. The sequence concludes with a view of Rifugio Venezia at Pelmo (1,946 m), at the foot of Monte Pelmo (3,168 m), one of the most imposing peaks of the Belluno Dolomites.
