In 1964, Giuseppe Lenzi documented the long march to the Genova Hut, undertaken beneath a sky signaling bad weather. In voice-over, the filmmaker recounts how the hut seemed closer than it actually was. Upon finally arriving with his friends, they take shelter inside, refresh themselves, while outside, despite it being August, snow falls.
