In 1968, Francesco Berti filmed a winter vacation day at Abetone, in the province of Pistoia. Among the shots, signs and signposts for the Monte Gomito ski slopes and refreshment structures, such as bars and cafeterias, can be distinguished. The sequence alternates descents on the snow with snowy mountain panoramas, and concludes with a moment of fun: an adult and a child descend together on a red sledge, before getting up to play in the snow.
