The scene opens with the setting of the table, realised with the step-by-step animation technique: plates, cutlery, glasses, drinks, bread and lasagne appear on the table ready to welcome the guests. Adults and children enjoy lunch, eat, drink and toast, and as well as being filmed by the camera, they are also immortalised by a man with a camera.
