The excerpt is part of Franco Cigarini's documentary "A Clean City" outtakes, commissioned by the Reggio Emilia City Council department for "Municipality Companies and Services". The film shows the switch from the city old waste disposal system to the new plant, entirely automated, inaugurated in 1968, in Via dei Gonzaga.
