During the visiit in Emilia-Romagna of the Temporary Revolutionary Government of the Republic of Vietnamn (R.V.N.) during Summer 1972, the delegation. lead by the Minister for Foreign Affairs Nguyen Thi Binh, is accompanied to the 27th province Unity Festival, held at the Fola di Albinea Park (Reggio Emilia) from June 24th through July 2nd. The guests, accompanied by Carmen Zanti and Reggio Emilia Mayor Renzo Bonazzo, stroll by the park streets garnished with several bills dedicated to the awareness about the Vietnam War.
