In 1972, the Temporary Revolutionary Government of the Republic of Vietnamn (R.V.N.) visits Emilia-Romagna. Guest of honor and leader of the delegation was Nguyen Thi Binh, Minister for Foreign Affairs. To welcome the delegation and offer flowers to the minister there was a smiling Carmen Zanti.
