Enrico Chierici, although it is difficult to pinpoint the exact location of the camera, looks around nearby Crocefieschi, encircling the whole landscape with a pan-shot - and is later the main subject of teh shot, while leafing through a paper with the title "Che L'Inse": these words, which in the Genoese dialect mean something around the line of 'do I start it?', were yelled by Giovan Battista Perasso during the XVIII Century uprising in Genoa; the very same Perasso who, nicknamed "Balilla", was the youth model for the Fascist Regime, inspired by his nickname and deeds.
